United Chase Group was formed in 2002 by Katherine Beal, a former Vice President with Hewitt Partners International. Originally from the Detroit, MI area, Ms. Beal-Roblin’s business development background spans over 20 years covering the retail industry, corporate travel sales and marketing, and executive recruitment. Prior to United Chase Group, Ms. Beal-Roblin was Vice President with two Executive Search firms in the Phoenix, AZ area where she provided executive search services to clients in the healthcare, insurance and information technology industries. Ms. Beal-Roblin was also Vice President of New Business Development with two large corporate travel organizations located in Arizona and Director of Operations with Maritz, Inc. in St. Louis, MO. Ms. Beal-Roblin completed her studies in Business Administration at Arizona State University.
