United Chase Group seeks multiple Psychiatric/Mental Health RNs in Adolescent, Adult and Senior specialties for large rapidly growing health system in the southern Midwest. The Staff MH RN’s role will be to create a safe environment that leads to a positive patient care experience by evaluating, planning and implementing effective patient care plans within the guidelines of the standards of nursing care.
KNOWLEDGE AND EDUCATION
- Education: Requires RN license
- 1 to 2 years current Psychiatric/Mental Health experience required
- CPR/BLS certification required
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) training preferred but will train on the job
- Solid competencies in assessment, interpersonal and critical thinking
- Support and fulfill the mission and values of SSM.
